Salary: $22-25/hour

Location: South Phoenix (On‑Site)
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Pay: $22–$25/hour

We’re looking for an Employment Specialist to join our South Phoenix team on a 3‑month contract, with the potential to extend based on business needs. Our business has proudly served the South Phoenix community for 23 years, and we’re growing!

In this role, you’ll help recruit, interview, and place candidates while supporting day‑to‑day staffing operations in a fast‑paced office environment.

What you’ll do:

• Recruit, interview, and place candidates for open job orders
• Coordinate interviews, onboarding, and assignments
• Maintain accurate candidate and assignment records
• Follow up with associates to support retention and satisfaction
• Work closely with the internal team to meet staffing needs quickly
• Ensure compliance with employment guidelines and processes
• Proactively contact clients to market existing available candidates

• Strong desire to help people
• Customer service skills
• 1–3 years of recruiting or staffing experience
• Strong phone skills and customer service mindset
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a busy office
• Reliable, professional, and detail‑oriented
