Schedule:
Two Full-time Openings:
AM shift - 6am to 2:30pm
PM shift - 2pm to 10pm

Pay: $24.55 per hour

Description:

Our client is seeking a team member to maintain the cleanliness and organization of all kitchen areas within their Sausalito resort. Responsibilities include cleaning and sanitizing kitchen equipment, dish machines, dish return areas, china, glassware, silverware, and surrounding workspaces; cleaning floor mats; stacking dishware safely and carefully; restocking kitchen and restaurant supplies as items are cleaned; and notifying management when cleaning or other supplies are running low.

Responsibilities:

Set up and organize clean china, glassware, silverware, and serving items as directed by kitchen leadership
Maintain cleanliness throughout kitchen, dish station, docks, and common work areas
Remove trash and recycling and clean waste receptacles
Sweep, mop, and pressure wash kitchen floors and mats
Clean pots, pans, kitchen equipment, stoves, and hoods
Restock dishwashing supplies and refill soap and towel dispensers
Assist with basic food prep as needed
Follow all sanitation, safety, and ServSafe standards

Qualifications or Requirements:

Ability to work in a clean, fast-paced kitchen environment
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
Willingness to follow direction and work as part of a team
Reliable, efficient, and able to work independently when needed
Previous kitchen experience preferred
Willing to obtain ServSafe certification upon hire
