A company in Aurora, IL is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team!!

DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY

 

Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm

Pay Rate: $24.00 to $26.00 based from experience

 

Job Purpose

·         Answer incoming phone calls, direct or take messages for staff when necessary.

·         Handle phone and walk in orders, coordinate billing process and contact walk in customer(s) when order(s) are ready for pick-up.

• ·         Process quotes and sales orders through Quick Books based on pre-determined charges for requested services and solicit the sale of new or additional products and services (up sell) when appropriate.  
• ·         Work closely with Regional Sales Managers on providing inventory availability, troubleshooting and order status.    

·         Maintain the compliance of serial numbers. Research and provide computer generated data to customers upon request.

·         Handle any additional misc. administrative tasks required to keep customers data and customer service office in order. 

• ·         Work with Logistics Coordinator for shipping quotes when needed and coordinate bulk tank deliveries.
• ·         Complete RMA’s and customer complaint documents.

 

Qualifications / Skills

• ·         High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) preferred.
• ·         One to two years related experience.
• ·         Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Quick Books and Excel required.
• ·         Fluent in English preferred - possess the ability to write, speak and understand.
• ·         Ability to lift 50 pounds.
