Quality Inspector - 2nd Shift

Located in Jonesboro , AR

Salary: $18.00

Job Duties: 

• Inspect raw materials, parts, and finish products for defects, damage, or deviations from specifications 
• Review blueprints, measurements, and production standards to ensure products meet required tolerances 
• Use measuring tools such as calipers, gauges, tape measures, and visual inspection methods to verify quality 
• Record inspections results and maintain reports for quality, receiving, inventory, and scrap tracking 
• Analyze inspection data to help solve production problems and recommend process improvements 
• Work closely with production teams and supervisors 
• Approve or reject incoming materials based on quality standards and document supplier performance 
• Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections during manufacturing and assembly 
• Identify non-conforming materials, scrap, or defects and report 
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, company policies, and manufacturing standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist with audits and continuous improvement efforts through the plant
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or quality management 

Requirements: 

• Previous experience with quality and quality assurance 
• Attentive to detail and organized
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Able to lift, bend, stoop, stand, reach, twist, push, pull, walk for periods of time 

Work Schedule: 2pm to 10:30pm Monday - Friday w/ OT as needed
