Job Summary:

As an Apartment Maintenance Technician you will assist with the maintenance of the complex as well as the occasional work at other sister complexes as needed.

 

Pay:

$18.00 - $19.00/hour

 

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the property in a professional manner by providing high quality maintenance service
• Ensure that all vacant units are “move in ready”
• Complete all paining and repairs in the instructed amount of time
• Respond to work orders within 24 hours of receiving them
• Assist Resident Manager with unit inspections
• Along the Resident Manager, coordinating external vendors, contractors, etc by monitoring the work to be completed
• Follow daily, weekly and seasonal tasks
• Work order processing
• Key Policy
• Inventory of tools and equipment
• Chemical Applications

 

Qualifications:

• Assist with unit turnovers
• Perform snow removal
• Have exceptional customer service and attention to detail
• Be highly motivated and have positive attitude
• Able to prioritize tasks, follow- up, and follow through
• Adhere to safety policy and procedures
• Become familiar with the Fair Housing Laws
• Have a valid drivers license and active auto insurance
• Carry a cell phone for emergency calls
• Some training is provided.  You will need to know how to troubleshoot and have some handyman style experience.
