Duties of Machine Operator:

• Set up, sanitize, wash down, and break down equipment
• Operate and monitor all machines fr efficiency and proper operation
• Ensure all lids, containers, and box labels are accurate
• Ensure weight of products meet specifications
• Verify all dates of products
• Box and palletize products
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications of Machine Operator:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Utilize calculators to add, subtract, multiply and divide all units of measure.
• Ability to obtain forklift/pallet jack certification
