Position Summary

The Warehouse Material Handler performs inventory control activities to support the electronics manufacturing process. The role contributes to operational efficiency, product quality, and customer satisfaction through precise inventory recording and material handling. Key tasks include kitting materials for production orders, stocking inventory to electronics industry standards, and recording inventory movement in electronic control systems.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Education: High School diploma, GED, or equivalency.
  • Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
  • Computer Skills: Basic computer navigation skills, including email applications.
  • Communication: Proficient English business communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Security Requirements: Must be able to pass SECURITY CLEARANCE to work in DEFENSE/AEROSPACE industries.
  • Soft Skills: High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

  • Technical Skills: Experience handling electronic components.
  • Software: Ability to download, view, and edit Excel documents.
  • Equipment: Use of powered material handling equipment (e.g., forklift).
  • Flexibility: Ability to work flexible schedules
