Powder Coater – Industrial (Racine, WI)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm
Pay: $21–$23/hr BOE

We are seeking an experienced Powder Coater to apply coatings to metal parts in a manufacturing environment. This role includes preparing surfaces, operating powder coating equipment, and ensuring a consistent, high-quality finish.

Responsibilities:

• Prep parts (cleaning, masking, sandblasting as needed)
• Apply powder coating using spray equipment
• Inspect finished parts for quality and coverage
• Document work and follow production schedules

Requirements:

• Previous powder coating or industrial painting experience
• Ability to use hand/power tools
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable attendance

Physical:

• Stand for full shift, lift up to 50 lbs, work in an industrial environment
