We are seeking a reliable and highly organized Front Office Coordinator to support daily operations within a fast-paced distribution environment. This role serves as the first point of contact for visitors and staff while ensuring smooth communication, accurate record-keeping, and consistent front office procedures. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to train and guide team members as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering phones, and directing inquiries
  • Coordinate communication between departments to support efficient distribution operations
  • Maintain accurate records, logs, and documentation (shipments, schedules, inventory updates, etc.)
  • Assist with scheduling, data entry, and general administrative support
  • Train new hires on front office procedures, systems, and expectations
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain a professional office environment
  • Support leadership with reporting, tracking, and process improvements

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable training and guiding others with patience and clarity
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office systems
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail

Experience/Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1–3 years of front office, administrative, or customer service experience preferred
  • Experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is a plus

Work Environment:

  • Fast-paced distribution setting with frequent interaction between office and operations staff
