Accounts Payable Specialist

 Accounts Payable Specialist's Schedule:

• Monday – Friday
• 7:30AM – 4:30PM
• Overtime as needed

Accounts Payable Specialist's Job Duties & Requirements:

• Receiving and sorting supplier invoices, segregating and tracking in the system
• Provide backup coverage for employee expense reporting
• Ensure proper approval for non-inventory invoices
• Accurately input data into system and make sure coding and allocation are correct for appropriate accounts
• Reconcile statements with invoices
• 2-3 years of accounts payable experience
• JD Edward software experience is a plus but not required
• Strong computer, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• High School Dip/GED required
