💲 Pay: $20.00/hour
🕒 Shift: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Part-Time)

Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Janitorial Supervisor to oversee cleaning staff and ensure all facilities are maintained to high cleanliness and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have prior supervisory experience and a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of janitorial staff
Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to standard
Inspect work areas to maintain cleanliness and safety compliance
Train and support team members as needed
Manage schedules and delegate tasks appropriately
Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and report needs
Address any issues or concerns in a timely manner

Requirements

Previous janitorial and/or supervisory experience preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage a team effectively
Reliable and punctual
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
