Location: Morristown, TN
Shifts Available: 1st & 3rd Shift (must be available for both shifts)
Pay Rate: $16.00–$16.80/hr
Bonus: $50 weekly attendance bonus

Job Summary

OTICS USA is seeking dependable Production Associates to support high-volume manufacturing operations. This role requires strong attendance, flexibility, and the ability to work mandatory overtime as business demands.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Operate production and assembly equipment safely and efficiently
Inspect parts for quality and report defects
Meet daily production and quality standards
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety, quality, and company policies
Work as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Schedule & Overtime Requirements

Must be available for 1st and 3rd shift
Overtime is frequent and mandatory, including extended hours and/or weekends
Flexibility is required to meet production needs

Pay & Incentives

$16.00–$16.80 per hour, based on shift and experience
$50 weekly attendance bonus for perfect attendance
Overtime paid in accordance with applicable wage and hour laws

Qualifications

Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
Reliable transportation and strong attendance history
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
