Boat Dock and Repair

Located in Grove, OK

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair boat docks, lifts, seawalls, and accessories
• Perform maintenance on cables, motors, pulleys, gearboxes, and structural components
• Install and replace dock decking, frames, hardware, and flotation systems
• Adjust, align, and test boat lifts for proper operation
• Troubleshoot electrical components such as motors, switches, and control boxes
• Assist with seasonal dock and lift installation and removal
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and marine equipment safely
• Communicate repair needs and project updates with supervisors or customers
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas

Requirements

• Mechanical aptitude and hands‑on repair experience
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor
• Comfortable working on and around water
• Ability to follow safety procedures and instructions
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience with boat docks, boat lifts, or marine construction
• Electrical or welding experience
• Familiarity with lift brands and systems
• Basic understanding of marine hardware and materials
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Work Environment

• Outdoor waterfront and marina locations
• Physical work including lifting, bending, climbing, and working from docks or boats
• Exposure to water, weather, and mechanical equipment
