Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Automotive Mechanic Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles in a fast‑paced service environment. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical knowledge, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic tools and test equipment
• Perform repairs on engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, steering, and exhaust systems
• Complete routine maintenance including oil changes, tire rotations, inspections, and tune‑ups
• Use computerized diagnostic systems to identify vehicle issues
• Perform road tests before and after repairs to ensure proper operation
• Maintain accurate service records and repair documentation
• Follow manufacturer guidelines and shop safety procedures
• Communicate clearly with service advisors or customers regarding repairs

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Automotive Mechanic or Technician
• Knowledge of automotive systems (engine, electrical, HVAC, driveline, braking)
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
• Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Preferred Qualifications

• ASE Certifications (A1–A8 or equivalent)
• Experience with domestic and foreign vehicles
• Emissions or state inspection certification
• Dealership or fleet maintenance experience
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
