Job Description:

We are seeking hardworking and reliable concrete workers to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role involves hands-on work with concrete materials, including mixing, pouring, finishing, and setting forms. Ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality.

 

Responsibilities:

• Prepare molds and forms for concrete pouring
• Mix and pour concrete according to specifications
• Smooth and finish surfaces using hand and power tools
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety protocols and company procedures
• Assist with general labor tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Previous experience in concrete work or general labor preferred
• Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for long periods
• Willingness to work in a physically demanding environment
• Dependable and punctual
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
