The Forklift Operator is responsible for safely operating industrial trucks to move materials throughout the facility. This role supports production by ensuring timely delivery of parts, maintaining inventory accuracy, and following all safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently
• Load, unload, move, and stage materials and finished goods
• Supply production lines with required materials in a timely manner
• Perform routine equipment inspections and report any issues
• Maintain accurate inventory and complete required documentation
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Keep work areas clean and organized

Qualifications:

• Previous forklift experience required (sit-down, stand-up, or reach truck preferred)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Basic math and inventory skills
• Strong attention to detail and safety
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
