Job Summary

Seeking a dependable and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for Clearwater office. This entry-level role is ideal for someone with strong customer service skills, basic computer knowledge, and a professional demeanor.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner
  • Greet visitors and assist customers with general inquiries
  • Provide basic customer service support and route questions appropriately
  • Perform light administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
  • Use Microsoft Word and Excel for basic office tasks
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office area
  • Assist office staff with clerical support as needed

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized 
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and attitude
  • Prior receptionist or office experience is a plus
