Gas Station Cashier

Located in Grove, OK

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and provide courteous service
• Operate cash registers and POS systems accurately
• Process cash, credit, and debit transactions
• Handle lottery sales, tobacco, and age-restricted items in compliance with regulations
• Stock shelves, coolers, and displays as needed
• Maintain cleanliness of store, counters, restrooms, and forecourt area
• Monitor fuel pumps and assist customers when needed
• Follow safety, security, and loss-prevention procedures
• Report equipment issues or suspicious activity to management

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Basic math and cash-handling skills
• Strong communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Reliable transportation and punctuality
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous retail or cashier experience
• Familiarity with POS systems
• Experience working in a convenience store or gas station environment
