Responsibilities

• Assemble, fabricate, and install aerospace parts and components according to engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and specialized production equipment
• Perform precise measurements and inspections using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Document production data, inspections, and process steps accurately
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Identify defects or nonconformances and report them to supervisors or quality teams
• Assist with troubleshooting production issues and continuous improvement efforts

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED (technical or vocational training preferred)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistency and precision
• Comfortable working in a regulated, safety-focused environment
