Job Summary:
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a skilled and dependable Weekend Maintenance Technician to support operations at a food manufacturing facility in the Charleroi/Bentleyville area. This role is responsible for performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on production equipment to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Schedule Options (Candidate Choice):

• Saturday, Sunday, Monday: 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  OR
• Friday: 4:00 AM – 12:30 PM, Saturday & Sunday: 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday: 4:00 AM – 12:30 PM

Pay Rate:
$24.75 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine preventative maintenance on production and facility equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical issues as they arise
• Assist with repairs to minimize downtime and maintain production flow
• Follow all food safety, quality, and OSHA safety standards
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
• Work collaboratively with production and maintenance teams

Requirements:

• Previous maintenance or industrial maintenance experience preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Ability to work weekends and chosen schedule consistently
• Must be able to pass an interview with the Maintenance Manager prior to start

Interview Requirement:
Candidates will be required to interview with the Maintenance Manager to ensure alignment of skills and experience.
