Non CDL Driver

Located in Fond Du Lac, WI

Salary: $19.00-$20.00/HR

Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00/HR

Duties:

• Drive company vehicles (Sprinter van or similar) for long distances to transport materials

• Load and unload materials, including light lifting under 50 lbs

• Operate a forklift during warehouse downtime for loading, unloading, and material movement

• Use handheld scanners for tracking, inventory, and delivery confirmation

• Assist with inventory counts and maintaining accurate stock records

• Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules

• Perform basic vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs

• Keep delivery areas, vehicles, and warehouse spaces clean and organized

• Communicate with dispatch, warehouse staff, and customers as needed

Qualifications: 

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Proven delivery driving experience, preferably long‑distance

• Ability to drive safely for extended hours

• Forklift experience required (certification preferred but not always mandatory depending on employer)

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle light physical labor

• Comfortable using handheld scanners and basic inventory systems

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in deliveries and inventory

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions

• General warehouse or material‑handling experience is a plus
