We are currently hiring a Crack Sealer, classified as a General Asphalt Maintenance Labourer, to join our growing asphalt maintenance team. This position involves assisting with crack sealing and related asphalt maintenance work on both commercial and residential projects.

Shifts vary depending on the job:

• Commercial parking lots: Night shifts starting at 6:00 PM
• Residential projects: Day shifts starting at 8:00 AM

Daily shifts typically range from 8 to 12 hours, depending on project scope, weather conditions, and other job-specific variables.

Responsibilities

• Assist with crack sealing and general asphalt maintenance
• Prepare work areas, including cleaning and routing cracks
• Operate hand tools and equipment safely
• Load and unload materials
• Follow safety procedures and worksite guidelines
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Support crew members as needed to complete projects efficiently

Schedule

• Combination of day and night shifts
• Start times vary by project
• 8–12 hour shifts depending on job requirements

Pay & Experience

• $19/hr – No prior experience required
• Up to $22/hr – Based on relevant experience in asphalt, construction, or maintenance
• Training provided for motivated candidates

• Ability to perform physical labour for extended periods
• Comfortable working long shifts and variable schedules
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Able to work outdoors and during night shifts when required
• Valid driver’s licence is considered an asset (if applicable)
