We have been asked by a client in Noblesville, IN to help them find a Driver/Warehouse Associate. In this role, you will split your time between driving and warehouse operations, with the majority of your day spent delivering products on dedicated routes and schedules and the remainder supporting warehouse inventory and daily operations. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, working independently on the road, and being part of a hands-on team environment.

 

Pay, Schedule, and Benefits
Pay: $19.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

What will you do as a Driver/Warehouse Associate?

• Drive company vehicles to deliver batteries, lighting, and electrical products to customer job sites (approximately 70% of your time)
• Prepare, load, and secure materials to ensure safe, accurate, and timely deliveries
• Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules
• Receive, organize, and maintain warehouse inventory
• Stock shelves, pull orders, and keep the warehouse clean and orderly
• Assist with loading and unloading materials
• Provide basic product assistance to customers and team members
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures

What qualifications will you have as a Driver/Warehouse Associate?

• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• Ability to safely lift, load, and move products throughout the day
• Dependable, punctual, and able to follow schedules and routes
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
• Basic organizational skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to work in a warehouse environment and adhere to dress code standards
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
