Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable, organized, and patient-focused Front Desk / Chiropractic Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth daily operations, excellent patient experience, and accurate financial coordination within the practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and cluster patients’ treatment plans according to the doctor’s recommendations
- Collect payments from patients at each visit
- Accurately post charges and payments into billing software daily to ensure balanced records
- Maintain weekly communication with the insurance biller
- Make calls and send text messages to confirm patient appointments
- Ensure all patients are properly scheduled before leaving the office
- Understand and clearly communicate all financial policies, including various payment methods
Qualifications:
- Previous front desk, medical office, or chiropractic office experience preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Comfortable handling financial transactions and discussing payment policies
- Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in data entry
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with medical billing software
- Experience with appointment scheduling systems
