Schedule: 7am - 3:30pm, Monday – Friday

Job Summary: The Production Worker handles and processes post-consumer paint in a warehouse facility by sorting, classifying, and pouring materials into designated totes. This role requires physical work, attention to detail, and maintaining a clean and safe environment while meeting production goals.

Responsibilities:

• Sort paint by label, color, and type
• Pour paint into designated totes
• Empty containers fully for disposal
• Stack and organize materials
• Keep work area clean and safe
• Lift/move 30–50 lbs regularly
• Meet daily production goals (team/independent)
• Follow safety procedures and report issues

Requirements:

• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and perform repetitive work
• Stand and move for extended periods
• Detail-oriented and reliable
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Warehouse/production experience a plus (not required)
