Express Employment Professionals is partnering with an established pool company in Spartanburg County that has an immediate need for a Pool Maintenance Laborer. 

 

Job Title: Pool Maintenance Laborer (Residential)

Job Type: Full-Time | Monday–Friday
Pay: Starting at $16/hour (increase based on performance and responsibilities)

 

Schedule:

• Start time no earlier than 7:30 AM
• End time no later than 6:00 PM
• Closed the week of July 4th

Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Pool Maintenance Laborer to assist with the cleaning, maintenance, and installation of residential swimming pools. This role involves hands-on outdoor work and supporting a team with various pool service and renovation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with routine cleaning and maintenance of residential pools
• Support pool installation projects, including site preparation and setup
• Help with concrete work related to pool decks and surrounding areas
• Assist with pool renovations and repairs
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and organized manner
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all times

Requirements:

• Valid Driver’s License (required)
• Reliable personal vehicle for transportation to job sites
• Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor environments (lifting, bending, standing for extended periods)
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
