Key Responsibilities

Customer Support & Service Coordination

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, service requests, and scheduling needs.

  • Coordinate service appointments, dispatch technicians, and track job progress to ensure timely completion.

  • Maintain accurate customer records, service logs, and documentation in company systems.

  • Provide updates to customers regarding service timelines, project status, and follow‑up actions.

Sales Support

  • Assist the sales team with preparing quotes, proposals, and sales documentation.

  • Process sales orders, verify product availability, and coordinate delivery or installation timelines.

  • Support lead management by tracking incoming inquiries and ensuring timely follow‑up.

  • Collaborate with sales leadership to maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline data.

Operational & Administrative Support

  • Coordinate communication between sales, service, logistics, and management teams.

  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and summaries related to sales activity, service performance, and customer satisfaction.

  • Assist with inventory tracking, vendor communication, and procurement tasks as needed.

  • Support billing and invoicing processes by ensuring accurate service and sales documentation.
