Machine Operator – Manufacturing (2nd & 3rd Shift)

What You’ll Do

·       Operate and monitor production machines to produce high‑quality parts

·       Keep equipment running smoothly through adjustments, inspections, and basic troubleshooting

·       Use micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other precision tools accurately

·       Spot issues early and correct them before they slow down production

·       Maintain a clean, safe, and focused work environment

What You Bring

·       Experience in manufacturing, machine operation, or production

·       Mechanical aptitude and ability to read measurements and follow specifications

·       Dependability, strong work ethic, and attention to detail

·       Willingness to work 2nd or 3rd shift and overtime when needed

·       Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills for tracking production data
