About the Role A global leader in the design and distribution of premium off-road accessories is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor for its Norco, CA facility. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings a positive, solutions-oriented mindset, and knows how to motivate and guide a team. This is a full-time, on-site position (Monday–Friday).
Oversee daily receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations to maximize efficiency and output
Manage picking operations with a focus on achieving 100% accuracy in order fulfillment and inventory counts
Inspect inbound containers for accuracy and product quality; report discrepancies to the General Manager
Participate in and supervise warehouse activities such as palletizing, wrapping, and routine cycle counts
Ensure all warehouse tools and equipment are properly maintained to prevent downtime
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
Monitor consumable inventory (boxes, pallet wrap, labels, etc.) and notify management when supplies run low
Enforce operational policies and procedures aligned with organizational goals
Collaborate with management to uphold safety and security standards, develop incident-prevention plans, and complete weekly safety audits
Facilitate communication between management and warehouse staff
Monitor inventory flow throughout the day and adjust team assignments as needed
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement process enhancements
Assist with new facility setup, including racking, labeling, and workstation configuration
Perform additional duties as assigned
2+ years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution environment
Proficiency operating PIT equipment (cherry pickers, stand-up and sit-down forklifts)
Working knowledge of basic Excel functions and formulas
Familiarity with bin-location warehousing and warehouse KPIs
Strong, data-driven decision-making and problem-solving abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong work ethic and collaborative mindset
Proven ability to motivate and lead a team
Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 lbs
