About the Role A global leader in the design and distribution of premium off-road accessories is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor for its Norco, CA facility. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings a positive, solutions-oriented mindset, and knows how to motivate and guide a team. This is a full-time, on-site position (Monday–Friday).

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations to maximize efficiency and output

  • Manage picking operations with a focus on achieving 100% accuracy in order fulfillment and inventory counts

  • Inspect inbound containers for accuracy and product quality; report discrepancies to the General Manager

  • Participate in and supervise warehouse activities such as palletizing, wrapping, and routine cycle counts

  • Ensure all warehouse tools and equipment are properly maintained to prevent downtime

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment

  • Monitor consumable inventory (boxes, pallet wrap, labels, etc.) and notify management when supplies run low

  • Enforce operational policies and procedures aligned with organizational goals

  • Collaborate with management to uphold safety and security standards, develop incident-prevention plans, and complete weekly safety audits

  • Facilitate communication between management and warehouse staff

  • Monitor inventory flow throughout the day and adjust team assignments as needed

  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement process enhancements

  • Assist with new facility setup, including racking, labeling, and workstation configuration

  • Perform additional duties as assigned

 

Experience, Skills & Education

  • 2+ years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution environment

  • Proficiency operating PIT equipment (cherry pickers, stand-up and sit-down forklifts)

  • Working knowledge of basic Excel functions and formulas

  • Familiarity with bin-location warehousing and warehouse KPIs

  • Strong, data-driven decision-making and problem-solving abilities

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong work ethic and collaborative mindset

  • Proven ability to motivate and lead a team

  • Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 lbs
