Job Title: Care Support Specialist
Location: Las Vegas, NV
Work Environment: Onsite, in office
Classroom Training Hours: 8AM - 4:30PM | Monday - Friday

Production Hours: 5:30AM - 11:30PM | Sunday - Saturday

** Candidate must have the ability to work an 8-hour shift as assigned during these hours in order to be qualified ** 

Channels: Voice, Email, Chat, Ticketing

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for members and providers via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist with account setup, enrollment, appointment scheduling, and general inquiries
  • Provide information on services, benefits, and platform functionality
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate when needed
  • Handle service requests, documentation, and follow-up tasks with accuracy
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalations and improve member experience
  • Maintain detailed records and ensure compliance with processes and procedures
  • Share feedback and insights to support continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • 1–2+ years of experience in a high-volume customer service environment
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to demonstrate empathy and professionalism
  • Comfortable handling phone, email, and chat support
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and navigating multiple systems

Preferred Experience

  • Background in healthcare, health tech, or insurance
  • Experience with platforms such as Zendesk
  • Experience working in a fast-paced or startup environment
  • Familiarity with Mac systems
