Panel Bender Operator - Part Time

Located in Jonesboro , AR

Job Duties: 

• Setting up and operating the panel to support daily production 
• Loading and unloading large sheet metal panels by hand 
• Changing over machines between different production runs 
• Loading, editing, and adjusting machine programs
• Setting machine parameters for speed, bend angles, and precision 
• Installing and aligning tooling, dies, fixtures and gauges
• Troubleshooting machine problems and correcting tooling or machine adjustments 
• Inspecting finished parts to make sure they meet quality standards
• Using measuring tools like tape measures, calipers, and protectors for first -piece inspections 
• Reading blueprints and interpreting measurements accurately 
• Performing basic preventative maintenance on equipment
• Moving materials around the work area
• Reporting unusual conditions or equipment issues to the lead or supervisor 
• Keeping the work area clean, safe, and organized 
• Maintaining production records and documentation 
• Performing other duties assigned by management

Requirements: 

• Able to keep production moving efficiently
• Previous experience doing similar work in an industrial setting 
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Able to lift, walk, bend, stoop, twist, push, pull, squat, reach for periods of time

Work Schedule: 8:00am to 6:30pm Saturday and Sunday - this is a part time only
