About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Production & Packaging Operator to join our production team. This role is responsible for safely and efficiently packaging pasta products according to company and customer specifications, while maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment.

Schedule

• Rotating A/B Schedule: 3 days one week, 4 days the next

• Shift: 12-hour day shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM

• Shift: 12-hour night shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM

Key Responsibilities

• Package pasta products in cartons and totes according to specification sheets.

• Pre-stage and organize materials for each shift.

• Monitor production line and ensure correct product is dispensed into containers.

• Complete required Quality Assurance paperwork accurately.

• Perform equipment changeovers, adjustments, and sanitation as needed.

• Form containers manually or using a case-forming machine.

• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks for material movement.

• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the production area.

• Support shutdown and sanitation duties.

Physical Requirements

• Frequent standing, walking, lifting, climbing stairs, and repetitive movements.

• Ability to handle heavy lifting and work in a fast-paced production environment.
