Position Summary 

Insulation Laborer / Truck Helper

We are hiring a hands‑on Insulation Laborer / Truck Helper to assist with loading, transporting, and unloading insulation materials. This role involves physical labor, working alongside drivers, and supporting safe, on‑time job site deliveries.

Key Responsibilities 

Insulation Laborer / Truck Helper

• Load insulation materials onto trucks
• Ride along with drivers to job sites
• Unload and place insulation materials on‑site
• Operate equipment used to load and unload trucks
• Ensure materials are handled and delivered safely
• Complete assigned tasks efficiently and safely
• Maintain a positive, team‑focused approach on the job

Physical Requirements 

Insulation Laborer / Truck Helper

• Ability to perform heavy labor throughout the shift
• Lift, carry, and move materials weighing 30–50 lbs
• Standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods
• Comfortable working outdoors and on job sites
