Reporting to the Operations Manager, the role offers opportunities for advancement to Sales Supervisor.
Responsibilities
- Plan and optimize delivery routes within a small local area
- Provide high-quality customer service during deliveries
- Deliver non-perishable goods and beverages multiple times per day
- Manage inventory and process orders accurately
- Promote sales and upsell products to customers
- Maintain accurate delivery and sales reports
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in route sales
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid CDL or appropriate driver’s license
- Route optimization and time management skills
- Knowledge of ERP systems
