Decking Materials Driver & Labor Support 

We’re looking for a reliable, safety‑minded team member to operate a company work truck and pull a trailer to pick up, transport, and unload decking materials at job sites. This role is essential to keeping our crews supplied and projects running smoothly. A clean driving record is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely drive company truck and pull trailer to pick up materials from suppliers

• Deliver materials to job sites on schedule

• Load and unload lumber, decking, hardware, and other supplies

• Inspect loads to ensure they are secure and properly balanced

• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report any maintenance needs

• Assist crews with organizing materials on site

• Follow all safety procedures and traffic laws

• Communicate with office staff and crew leads about delivery timing and material needs

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Experience driving trucks and pulling trailers (or willingness to learn)

• Ability to lift 50–80 lbs and handle physical work

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

• Good communication skills

• Positive attitude and willingness to help where needed

Preferred 

• Experience in construction, decking, or material handling

• Familiarity with local suppliers and job site logistics

Wage: $20.00-$25.00

Location: La Plata County and surrounding area
