Project Manager (Lighting, Signage & Canopy Projects) - Temp To Hire Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced, dependable, and detail-oriented Project Manager to support customers and oversee projects within the lighting, signage, and canopy space—primarily serving the gas station industry. This is a high-impact role where your organization, communication, and problem-solving skills will directly contribute to customer satisfaction and project success.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers—handling questions, issues, and requests
• Manage all project-related documentation including quotes, work orders, invoices, and scheduling
• Track and communicate project timelines and status updates accurately
• Process transactions such as purchasing, inventory, returns, and accounts receivable
• Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally; escalate complex issues when needed
• Collaborate with internal teams, technicians, and leadership to ensure smooth execution
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required (some college preferred)
• 3–5 years of experience in lighting, signage, and/or canopy projects
• Bilingual required: Spanish & English (Hindi is a strong plus)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
