✨ Position Overview

This hybrid role combines advanced diesel diagnostics with front‑office coordination. You’ll diagnose complex mechanical and electrical issues while also serving as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring smooth communication between the shop and the office.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

• 🔧 Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues on diesel‑powered vehicles and equipment
• 👋 Greet customers and act as a technical liaison between the shop and front office
• 📦 Manage parts inventory and perform computer‑based administrative tasks
• 🛠️ Accurately identify diesel and electrical issues using computers and diagnostic testers
• ⏱️ Ensure efficient turnaround times through effective diagnostics and job coordination
• 📝 Document all diagnostics, repairs, and customer interactions with accuracy and professionalism
• 📈 Contribute to overall shop productivity through consistent, high‑quality work
• 📞 Provide professional communication via phone and in person

• 🚚 Light truck experience
• 💻 Strong computer skills
• 🧰 Proficiency with diagnostic software and required testing equipment
• 🔄 Excellent multitasking and time‑management abilities
