Production Associate

Located in Center, TX

Salary: $18.00

Production Associates needed: $18.00hr

*Operate rotational molding machines to produce plastic housing and components according to production schedules.

* Prepare molds by cleaning, assembling, applying mold release, and loading raw polyethylene resin

*Monitor machine cycles, temperatures, and timers to ensure proper molding conditions

*Demold finished parts safely and efficiently, using proper tools and lifting techniques.

*Inspect Parts for defects such as warping, thin spots, incomplete molding, or trimming imperfections

*Document product data including parts counts, scrap, machine issues, and material usage 

*Follow safety procedures related to heat, machinery, and material handling

*Maintain a clean work area and assist with routine equipment maintenance

*Collaborate with team members and supervisors t meet quality and production goals

*Ability to lift 40-50lbas and work in a warm manufacturing environment

*Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and basic measuring devices

*Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
