Position Overview – Electronics Recycling Warehouse Associate
Pay Rate: $17/hr

We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate to work in an electronics recycling environment handling the receiving, sorting, and processing of electronic equipment. This role involves working with TVs, laptops, computers, printers, and occasional cell phones in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive incoming electronics shipments and verify items
• Sort electronics including TVs, laptops, computers, and printers (occasional cell phones)
• Remove batteries, ink cartridges, and other components from devices
• Re-palletize sorted materials for processing or shipment
• Lift, sort, and move electronic equipment throughout the shift
• Cross-train in different warehouse departments as needed
• Follow all safety procedures and site instructions

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse experience required
• Ability to lift and sort electronics throughout the day
• Must be able to listen and follow a safety orientation on site
• English speaking and writing required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Must receive manager approval (Sylvia or Carolina)

Work Environment:

• Electronics recycling warehouse
• Large pallets and boxes containing used electronics (TVs, computers, printers, etc.)
• Physical, fast-paced environment with continuous lifting and sorting
