Position Overview – CNC Machine Operator (2nd Shift)
Pay Rate: $21.25/hour

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator with strong measuring and blueprint reading abilities. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to accurately produce parts to specification.

Shift: Second Shift

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC machines safely and efficiently
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Perform precise measurements to ensure part accuracy
• Use calipers and other measuring tools
• Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality standards
• Maintain production flow and follow work instructions

Requirements:

• CNC machine operation experience required
• Must be able to read blueprints
• Must be able to use calipers and other measuring tools accurately
• Strong understanding of measurements and basic math
• Attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team

Work Environment:

• Manufacturing/production environment
• Standing and machine operation throughout shift
• Quality-focused and detail-oriented work setting
