About the Opportunity
A growing industrial organization is seeking an Account Manager / Inside Sales professional to join its team. This role is ideal for someone with strong mechanical aptitude and a passion for customer service who thrives in a fast-paced, technical sales environment. You will manage customer accounts, support product selection, prepare quotations, and drive sales through strong relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow customer relationships
Prepare accurate and timely quotations
Provide excellent customer service
Maintain CRM records
Support order entry and updates
Collaborate with engineering and vendors
Support outside sales team
Qualifications
Strong communication and customer service skills
Mechanical aptitude
Detail-oriented and organized
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments preferred
High school diploma required; additional education preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
