Position Overview – Order Packer / Production Support
Pay Rate: $17.00/hour

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Order Packer to support a production bakery environment. This role involves packing fragile cookie orders and assisting with multiple areas of production as needed. Training will be provided on all tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pack cookie orders carefully to prevent breakage or damage
• Handle fragile baked goods with care during packing and staging
• Learn and support multiple production roles to assist where needed
• Follow packaging standards and order accuracy requirements
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist team members in daily production and fulfillment tasks

Requirements:

• Ability to work with fragile products and follow detailed instructions
• Must be comfortable learning multiple production tasks
• Spanish-speaking candidates accepted (basic English required, minimum 4/10 proficiency)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Reliable attendance and teamwork skills

Work Environment:

• Food production and packaging facility
