Key Responsibilities

• Perform pre-wash and pre-scan on vehicles after check-in and prior to repair
• Blueprint / map vehicle damages, including non-accident damages
• Take and upload photos for repair files to support documentation
• Prepare vehicles for Repair Technicians by ensuring cleanliness and proper staging
• Conduct pre- and post-scans on vehicles for ADAS systems to diagnose and recalibrate as required
• Assist with shop operations by supporting Body Technicians, Parts Department, and Painters when needed
• Perform final detailing and washing of vehicles prior to customer delivery
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment at all times

Qualifications

• Prior experience in collision repair or automotive work is strongly preferred, but not required
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to take direction and work well with others
• Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record
