Position Overview – Assembly / Production Associate (Wire Rope & Fittings)
Pay Rate: $17.00/hour

We are seeking a dependable Production Associate to join a manufacturing and warehouse environment focused on the manual assembly of wire rope and fittings. This role involves working with thin wire strands, operating production equipment, and assisting with general warehouse assembly tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform manual assembly of wire rope and fittings
• Work with very thin wire strands and feed/strand them into machines
• Assist with production and assembly processes in a warehouse environment
• Support general manufacturing and material handling tasks as needed
• Follow safety procedures and production guidelines
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

• Prior production, warehouse, or assembly experience preferred
• Ability to work with small, detailed components and fine materials
• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be reliable with strong attendance

Work Environment:

• Manufacturing and warehouse production setting
• Hands-on, repetitive assembly work
• May involve standing for extended periods
