Position Overview – Warehouse Associate (Forklift / Shipping & Receiving)
Pay Rate: $18.00 – $20.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (30-minute lunch)

We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate to support shipping, receiving, and inventory operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role includes operating equipment, handling materials, and ensuring accurate order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality
• Load and unload products using forklifts and pallet jacks
• Perform order picking and packing for outgoing shipments
• Ensure proper packaging of items to prevent damage during transit
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency
• Collaborate with team members to fulfill orders accurately and on time
• Conduct inventory counts and assist with stock replenishment
• Process returns by inspecting, cleaning, and restocking items
• Safely carry and move heavy boxes
• Utilize RF scanners for tracking inventory movement

Requirements:

• Forklift experience required
• Ability to safely lift and move heavy materials
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Reliable attendance and teamwork skills

Work Environment:

• Warehouse setting with material handling and equipment use
• Active, physical role involving standing, lifting, and movement throughout the day
