Position Overview – Shipping & Receiving / Service Center Associate
Pay Rate: $21.00 – $24.00/hour

We are seeking a detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Associate to join a Japanese-owned global service center specializing in the handling of medical instruments. This role requires strong warehouse experience combined with administrative and computer skills to ensure accurate order processing and shipment handling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform shipping and receiving duties for medical instruments and related products
• Process shipments using UPS and/or FedEx systems
• Enter and manage orders accurately in internal systems
• Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing inventory
• Use Microsoft Office (including Outlook) for communication and documentation
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in all shipping and receiving tasks
• Work in a warehouse environment while managing computer-based responsibilities

Requirements:

• Must have prior shipping and receiving experience (required)
• Experience with order entry using UPS and/or FedEx systems
• Strong keyboarding and data entry skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook
• Must be able to read, speak, and understand English
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Work Environment / PPE:

• Warehouse and service center environment
• Steel-toed boots required
