Welder - 1st Shift

 

Growing company in Effingham County is looking to add to their Welding Department! This is a long-term, full-time opportunity with a growing company in Effingham County, IL. This 1st Shift position pays $20/hr based on experience.

 

• Set up and operate MIG welding equipment and related tools
• Read and interpret basic blueprints, schematics, or drawings
• Mig Welding of steel and or stainless steel
• Perform minor grinding, finishing, and clean-up of welded parts as needed
• Inspect welded parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
• Welding Certificate or two years of production welding experience required
• Ability to bend, twist, squat, push, pull and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
