Warehouse Lead / Shift Team Leader

We’re hiring a hands-on Warehouse Lead to help drive daily operations, support the team, and keep productivity, quality, and safety standards on track. This is a great opportunity for someone who leads by example and thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Serve as a go-to resource for shift employees
• Help coordinate daily workflow and staffing needs
• Coach, train, and support team members
• Communicate priorities and production goals
• Monitor productivity, quality, and safety standards
• Assist with inventory counts and warehouse accuracy
• Identify workflow issues and help solve problems quickly
• Work alongside the team when needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience
• Warehouse, logistics, or distribution background preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Basic Microsoft Office skills
• Flexible schedule with availability for 1–2 weekends per month
