Position Overview – PVD Coating Machine Operator / Production Associate

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented production associate to join a manufacturing team operating PVD coating machines. This position involves working with small parts, preparing materials, and assisting in the coating process of customer products. Full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate (PVD) coating machines (training provided)
• Assist in cleaning, preparation, and fixturing of parts prior to coating
• Place small parts onto vertical racks for machine processing
• Process equipment and move parts through coating operations
• Select appropriate machine settings based on material type
• Work with CNC-based coating systems used for finishing customer products
• Perform repetitive and detail-oriented tasks efficiently
• Ensure accuracy in counting parts and tracking materials

Requirements:

• Must be able to read and understand English (required)
• Must be able to count accurately
• Solid work history and some machine operating experience preferred
• Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident (ITAR requirement)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, repetitive environment

Work Environment / PPE:

• Air-conditioned, clean warehouse environment
• Steel-toe shoes required (allowance provided upon permanent hire)
• Work involves standing, lifting, and repetitive motion
