Core Responsibilities

• Assembly & Fabrication: Use hand tools, power tools, and basic machinery to assemble products according to specifications.

• Quality Control: Perform visual inspections of parts and finished goods to identify defects or inconsistencies.

• Material Handling: Move raw materials and finished products to designated staging or shipping areas.

• Workplace Safety: Maintain a clean, organized workstation and adhere to all safety protocols and PPE requirements.

• Team Collaboration: Work effectively with supervisors and teammates to meet daily production targets and deadlines.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Previous experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or production environment is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

• Manual Dexterity: Ability to work with small parts and use tools with precision.

• Physical Stamina: Comfortable standing for long periods and capable of lifting up to [Insert Weight, e.g., 40 lbs] regularly.

• Basic Math: Ability to use a tape measure and perform simple calculations.

• Reliability: Strong attendance record and a positive, "can-do" attitude.
